Possibly stupid question about surrogacy

Can you still have a baby for someone if you've been sterilised?
Turkey blaster wouldn't work obviously but medically you could?

I was going to comment on the surrogacy thread saying I would have a baby for my sister then I remembered I'm sterilised lol
