We have 4 children and another due somewhere in the next month.
Eldest is DS1 aged 11, next DS turns 8 in June. (DC2+4 are DDs and alternate with the boys, but they aren't as competitive - this is a gender issue?)
The boys are constantly butting heads (metaphorically, an occasionally physically) , over anything from who knows their times tables best to pokemon cards! Rough and tumble play ends in tears 90% of the time (often from both of them).
Does anyone know any ways we can try and break the seemingly endless competition between them and get them to act like brothers rather than arch enemies?
They share a room and the eldest has ADHD, just to add to the fun!
Thank you
