Hi Everyone,

If expressed breast milk has been in the fridge for 5 days and you don't end up using it, can it then go in the freezer or should it be in the freezer from the day you expressed it?

Thanks

Sorry I don't know the answer but would like to know this too!

Yes it can

6 hours on the side
6 days in fridge
6 months in deep freeze

Just whack it in the freezer. Litmus test for fresh milk is making sure it doesn't smell like vomit
