Exhausting

My 9.5 month old is STILL waking several times a night. 5 times last night 😩.

I mostly just rub his back too he falls asleep and use milk as a last resort.

He's eating 3 meals a day and still guzzles plenty of milk. Any help?

My 23 months now only wakes twice a night.

I am afraid it is completely normal.
