Apart from CAMHS, what other groups is there for children with mental health problems, ranging from children on the autism spectrum to psychiatric problems? What groups are there for mothers of the children who fall into the catorgries above?
If any mother has a daughter or son who has problems, could they please share what help you were given so other mums know where to get help.
I know there isn’t a lot of help out there for both kids and adults so many parents have nowhere to turn and its terrible these mothers own mental health is suffering trying to raise a child that’s just a little bit different.
