15 month old freaks every time he sees his shoes

Anyone else? He was shoving the lady and kicking her away when being measured. Screamed the place down when trying to put his shoes on to try and every time he sees his new shoes he screams and throws himself on the floor. He also hates them. Any tips?

Totally normal . His never worn shoes before so it's all new .
Just keep persevering . He will get there
