Has anyone rented a bed nest recently?

I want to rent one but their website doesn't fill me with confidence - if I look from a mobile device the price shows and all looks good. If I use a desktop, there's no price.

I know this is a tech issue but makes me sceptical! Maybe I should email them..

They're quick to respond to email and the rental side worked great for us last year, just didn't work for me in terms of sliding down bed to get out and found drop down side bridge uncomfortable

We bought one 3 years ago and sold it back to Bednest for half the purchase price afterwards

I rented one three years ago and the service was brilliant. Our baby was prem so we needed it earlier than planned. We also wanted to keep it for an extra couple of months as we moved and the nursery wasn't ready. It was all very easily dealt with.

I’ve got one just now on rental and really happy with it . Service has been good and no issues at all. Will be sad when my LO is too big for it.

I rented one two years ago and it was fab. So was the customer service.

I've rented twice from them- most recently a year ago. No issues whatsoever, really pleased with the service and delighted not to have to store the bugger!

Same, I have used them twice now and found the service great. Email them, they reply quickly and are very helpful.

I rented from them 4 years ago and was happy with everything, but with my second baby I bought a second-hand Chicco Next2Me and preferred it, to be honest. It wasn’t as narrow as the Bednest and just seemed better designed.

Yes! I thought they were a great company. Everything was sent on time, the product was great.
I had to extend the time I’d ordered it for by 3 months (had a cot issue - broken, plus small baby that could still fit in it at 7 months). And they were happy to extend for no extra cost.

In fairness to BedNest I msgd them on FB and they responded really quickly advising that they'd set up an FAQ explaining that it's most likely due to location of IP addresses. I was using my work PC so it's possible. I've said I'll check from my lap top at home and let them know. They apologised and understood my concerns.
