Hi I'm new to mumsnet. I've seen an old thread but would appreciate updates. I have dd15 and dd14 and ds12. I have left husband and we have moved back to UK from overseas so major lifestyle change, money is tight and I have no idea what would be normal pocket money. They are not in school yet so no idea about buses and school lunches. They are on contract phones.

Also recommendations for best banks for children would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to MN. Think how much you give them depends on what you want them to include. If you are including school lunches and bus passes it’s going to have to be more than £20 a week.
