got exam tomorrow.
Was feeling positive about it (remember it all when reading it over) till I looked at previous exam paper.

I cannot answer a single question
HAve never seen any questions like that before.

The questions are nothing like what we have studied. And they are things like 'discuss x's theory on x'. Usually they are a quote and then discuss or whatever.

I have done really well on the module so far.

Am so fucked and pissed off. If its anything like last yrs then I'm gonna fail.

Aw - I don't know what to say

I hate exams

Could the exam have changed?

Oh that isn't a good feeling. Have they just worded them differently perhaps? I mean, are they asking for the same sort of information but have phrased it differently?

You have my sympathy - I'm revising for two exams next week (hence why I'm on here ) and that sense of panic when you can't answer the question is just horrible.

All the very best of luck for tomorrow, hope you sail through it no problem.

Don't worry. It is too late to change anything now. Have a bath and relax. It will all be fine...

promise!

Hiya Armadillo

Please, calm the head

What's your exam on? Is it psychology?

I have psychology exmas next week One on cognitive psyc & one on developmental psyc.

Don't fret too much, you'll only make yourself feel worse.

Don't listen to anyone outside the exam hall either, they will all have revised different topics from you & you will then be panicking as to what you know & don't know. And 10 minutes before an exam isn't long enough to absorb chapters

I'm screwed in the cognitive dept anyway as our feckin lecturer never bothered his arse to turn up for about 5 of the 12 lectures

TheArmadillo · 10/05/2007 21:54

I cannot even begin to answer the quesions. They are nothing like what we have covered.

SPoken to friend on same course and she cannot even begin to answer them either so its not just me.

Wish I hadn't looked now.

I thought I was doing well on that one.

Am so angry at the moment.

History. 3 essays in 3hours. Standard.

Just gonna forget about it now and go to bed. NO way I can learn all that in a couple of months let alone a couple of hours.

HAd the exam I was really scared about and it went really well.

NOw this.

Has the syllabus changed since last year so you'll be covering different stuff and last year's paper is maybe not relevant?

TheArmadillo · 10/05/2007 21:57

supposedly exactly the same

Thanks for the kind words. Am feeling a bit more calm.

Sending you positive vibes armadillo, as I eat my way through a loaf with butter as I panic about my own impending exams

It'll soon be over xxxx

TheArmadillo · 11/05/2007 15:50

thanks.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Not great but passable.

Thanks for helping me to calm down.

Yay! Hope you get a good result.

TheArmadillo · 11/05/2007 19:16

Thanks.

One more to go and then will be able to forget all about it until the results (well theorectically).
