Hi all. Not sure if this is the best place for this thread... I've been split from my daughter's dad for 5 years and it's never been easy. There's always an issue with access or maintenance.
I've never stopped him seeing her and tried to encourage him to see her more but he won't make time. He's constantly late with payments too.
This has been the last straw. Whilst she was with him at the weekend she felt ill and because I didn't drop everything and let him bring her home he has completely changed the arrangements we had over Easter.
Looking for advice in terms of csa/accessaccess. What's the best route for an easy life?
Nb he is still with the woman he cheated on me with, and ive been in a relationship for the past 2 years.
