Moody teenager

Morning all
Looking for reassurance that my 15 year old daughter being moody and snappy is normal
She seems to be moody with me only
Snappy short and making me feel awkward
I have approached and asked if she is ok or I've upset her and I get in just in a bad mood
It's like walking in egg shells
Sometimes she snaps and I want to verbally rip her head off for speaking to me like that but I know it will only end in a massive feud and will make things worse
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I was just going to recommend the same book butterfly. Snap Smile

There’s also a helpful teen section on MN mum Smile
