Vitamin supplements for 11 month old

DD is 11 months and weaning is going great. The amount of formula she’s drinking in a 24 hour period has dropped right down to about 10-15ozs. Sometimes less. According to NHS website, she should have vitamin supplements now that her formula consumption is down and once she switches to cows milk at 12 months.

Is giving vitamins something I really need to do? Do you lot bother? If so, what vitamin supplements would you guys recommend?

DD’s diet is pretty varied and I’m a bit sceptical about supplements anyway. Just thought I’d ask what others are doing.

I think it’s mainly Vit D that’s the most important. And yes, if they had been recommended when I had mine, I would have given them Smile

you need the drops so you can just add them to the cows milk and she won't notice

At DDs 9-12 month review the health visitor said to give vitamin drops, we give abidec and just put them in her morning milk
