9mo has a cold - do I feed normally?

So as you may be able to tell I am a ftm and my dd is 9 months old. She has got a rotten cold at the moment and yesterday hardly touched any of her lunch (I let her have stuff she can feed herself with at lunch and then usually a spoon fed meal at dinner). Made a right mess and it went everywhere (nothing unusual I know) and even refused her yogurt which she normally can't get enough of.

Basically I'm wondering if when a baby can't breath out their nose properly and feels rotten, is it better to carry on as normal with food or just up the milk intake and try that for a couple of days?

Take their lead. Offer food, but if she's off it then yes, offer more milk to compensate. Babies often go off food when ill and bf babies and toddlers usually become boob monsters again for a few days.

I always offer more milk if unwell. Especially if they aren’t eating as much as normal. It’s good to keep their fluids up too.

My DS also went off food (and he loved to eat!) a bit when he was teething

I'd offer it but also offer milk and water. My son would go off milk and food with a bad cold but would drink lots of water.
