Any other time I love the light mornings and evenings but I have a 14 week old who I was trying to get to sleep for about 8pm generally. Although it’s still slightly darker at that time it is obviously getting lighter. I’m worried he will start to think it is still day time soon. How is everyone else getting on with their LO’s sleep routines now the evenings are getting lighter and any tips on helping them to learn it is still night time (other than blackout blinds - we are moving him into his room over the next few weeks so he is still going to sleep in the lounge with us) xx
