Baby Poop Concerns... Sorry

In the last week, my little one's nappies have been very gritty/sandy? I know that they're supposed to be mustard-like, but this is different. Same colour as the rest of the nappy, but has tiny grains, almost like sand, in there. He's only breastfed, so no diet changes. But, seems to be really pushing and straining when he goes.

Google has worried the heck out of me, so I just wanted to see if anyone could put my mind at ease?

How old? Would you describe it as 'Birdseye'? If so, totally normal.

Does baby seem well? Bright eyed, alert and content when fed and rested properly? If so, then that tells you what you need to know more than anything. I would first and foremost trust baby's overall condition to tell you if you need to worry or not.

Breastfed babies poos can look seedy and gritty - totally normal!

@Justanotherzombie No, worries, I knew what you meant! And four months old. It's much smaller than birdseed, it's closer to the actual size of a grain of sand!
