Why is dd fighting me. Is this sleep regression?

Dd is 11 months and trying to walk. She's doing so well balancing etc so she's almost there.

So recently dd has been night feeding again. She stopped and started sleeping through. Which was nice but it didn't bother me waking up with her if she needs me. But the feeds again I can't stand as she's having two bottles in the night. Full bottles again. She's well fed during the day with solids and she has enough to drink, water etc. No problems there at all. She's very satisfied. But she's genuinely screaming for a few night feeds again.
Which leads me to sleep.

So she used to fight a lot. But she then stopped and slept in my arms to settle her down for the night. But even naps are so hard. I do her night time routine, bath, baby massage with some nice baby lotion I have, pyjamas, book, bottle and then usually she drifts off. But now she fights. An she fights hard. She's tried and her eyes roll back to sleep but she fights and then gets agitated and the routine hasn't really changed and despite the fight to nap, she naps enough throughout the day. I can't understand it.
But she gets so frustrated! She will start screaming, shaking, moaning, pinching, slapping me, trying to pull herself up, pulling my lip, trying to head but me (she's made my gums bleed a few times) I don't understand why she's fighting me so much :( it now takes an hour of her fight and eyes rolling back to sleep and then another fight :(

My now 15 month old did this for a while, just about the time she was learning to walk. It was really frustrating and upsetting for all of us I think! But it did end... Thankfully. I think it lasted about 2 or 3 weeks.
Someone told me they do this sort of thing when they're learning new skills. Not sure if that's true or not. Hope it gets better soon. 💐

Sounds like a developmental leap. I’d be putting her down in her cot to sleep though as she’s going to end up injuring you! Have you tried pick up put down? That got me through a regression.

It just unsettles her more :( I think her crib frightens her with the bars. She's still in with us as we have no heating in the bedrooms and her room is far too cold right now. But I think I'll have to start introducing her slowly again. I'm 39 weeks pregnant so all the kicking, scratching and fighting is happening on my belly and really starting to hurt.
My poor love I hope she's over it soon. She's getting so frustrated :(
