Lansinoh (pure lanolin) is available at Mothercare and some Boots and supermarkets. I have always found it at Mothercare.

Plenty of online stockists as well. It is marketed as nipple cream but it is pure and I use it for everything!

Underthegooseberrybush has free delivery on lanolin

Has anybody ever found an alternative remedy for sore nipples? I know Lansinoh is hypoallergenic in theory but it makes my sore nipples so much worse, from bee stung to on farking fire with one smear. I cannot find a single cream that doesn't make me cry with pain and worsen the swelling and redness.

I use underthegooseberrybush too.

Sore nipples - I wash them with that lilets intimate body wash stuff and leave a cool damp fleece on them!
