Can I just buy some fleece from the fabric shop and cut it into the right shape? Am I missing something?

fleece blankets cost feck all in primark and arem perfect for it.

i cut up 3 blankets and got enough liners for 2 in nappies, with loads to spare plus about 100 wipes.

Yes, any fleece will do. I only realised this after buying a load of cut fleece liners at £1 each . What a waste of money.

And we didn't really use them either, not as liners, though the dds use them as dolls blankets and all sorts of things.

My fleece liners were made from a blanket from IKEA that cost less than £2. Loads of liners and loads of wipes. I made a cardboard template and DP sat on the sofa one night and cut them out.

ha i bought pre-made ones! i attempted to make my own and the cutting out was all jagged. it never was my strong point much to the disappointment of my primary school teachers.
