remind me again, how does potty training work?

tried a few weeks ago, but didnt progress as nothing went in the potty.

now dd3 stripping off at EVERY oppertunity racing around going 'BARE BUM BARE BUM' and squirming but refusing the potty. no accidents yet, but none on the potty either.

when is half term

we also dont have any floor atm, just chipboard, and dont want wee soaking into that!

Buggered if I know know ...DD2 is not interested (she is 3 in aug) despite Grandma buying her lovely packs of fifi big girl pants, and me offering sweets in exchange for poos in the toilet (bribery worked with her big sister...). All that happened was she pood on the bedroom carpet and asked if she could have a sweet! She can do it, she has done it, but she just doesn't want to.

It wasn't that interesting the first time I posted.

Does she see her older siblings on potty/toilet? My dd2 (22m) took the initiative herself a couple of months ago, I think because she wanted to be like the bigger ones. I didn't offer her the potty - I actually discouraged her slightly at first as the weather was still quite cold. Perhaps that helped
