dd and poo accidents

dd will be 3 in 2 weeks time. She was potty trained in July and since then she's never had a single accident. But in the last two weeks she pooed in her pants I think 6 times, both at home and at nursery. I'm quite at a loss to understand why this is happening. Has anyone else have any experience of children being potty trained and then having accidents after so many months? thanks!

Is she worried about anything? Has she had an upset stomach? Diet change? I wouldn't worry too much, it happens, but if it keeps on happening you might want to mention it to the GP. You could have a sticker chart for poos in the toilet as well.
