Ready made anti reflux milk

Does anyone know of ANY ready made anti-reflux formulas? I have scoured the internet and can't find anything but the large tins. I don't really want to end up with a whole tin of milk that I don't use if it doesn't help or is too thick for DS to actually drink (I've heard this happens fairly regularly) and health visitor is convinced it is sold ready made.

My daughters baby has silent reflux, no vomiting. They have had a hard time but much better now baby 18 weeks. She uses cow and gate comfort milk.

It is thicker she changed the teat on the bottle so it flowed better.

I couldn't find any. My son was on it but when he started nursery at 9 months they would only give him milk from the small bottles as if they used powder it could potentially be contaminated. So I had to wean him onto normal formula at that point.
