Anyone have any suggestions other than a vest? He'll be boiling in a vest. Not particularly handy with sewing..What can I do?

Wonderweb a patch of Cotton over it

You could attach some soft fabric to the back using some of that iron on stuff (the name of which escapes me)

Aah X'd posts - Wonderweb, that's the stuff!

Does he have to wear a logo t-shirt? (Ours are optional but I know not all schools are the same). To be honest I’d just replace with plain. My DH has the same issue with certain types of running vest and they can leave him bleeding so I’d do anything to minimise the risk of irritation

Good old wonderweb!!

If no one is going to see and hes comfortable nipple covers? DD wears them sometimes for dance and she has a few tops that have logos that rubs so just wears them too. Even plasters will do actually.

Ok will give Wonderweb a go thank you!

We have plain and logo'd. I've just bought him 2x the official logo ones and they've cost a small fortune so if there's a way to get use out of them without sacrificing his nipples I'll take it!

Thank you all, fingers crossed!

They might soften in the wash.
