Baby not himself after 16 week vaccinations

I'm hoping someone can offer some advise, or at least reassure me that this is normal/common. My son had his 4 month vaccinations on Wednesday (it's now (very early) Monday). Since he had them he hasn't been himself at all. He used to rake a 7oz bottle every 3-4 hours but now it's a struggle to get him to have more than 3oz and he can go up to 5 hours between wanting to be fed. Up until now he has been mainly settled at night, usually only waking at 4am for a grizzle which can usually be settled with a cuddle and giving him a dummy. Now he is waking pretty much every hour. I'm offering feeds but again the most he'd take was 3.5oz.
He has a slight temperature which I'm treating with calpol and it seems as though he has a bit of a chesty cough. He is also teething which is really making this about a million times harder.
He is alert, albeit grumpy and grizzly throughout the day (and night!).
He was fine after the last two lots of jabs so I'm wondering if this is still a reaction to his jabs 5 days ago or just a culmination of a reaction, a cold and teething or could it be something else?

Probably more the cough and the teething.
