Teethers for molars

Are there any teethers or other products that are better for teething molars? My 16 mo is suffering! Thank you.

We just have a range of teethers. One that looks like a set of keys, Sophie the giraffe, one that is silicone in shape of a remote. We apply Anbesol regularly.
