Hello all,

I am a single parent of a six year old. I work fun time and we are usually out of the house from 7.30-6.30 Monday - Friday. On weekends my son has all his activities going such as music lessons, capoeira and swimming. But to be honest I can't be bothered to take him anymore. I am so tired from the week that during the weekend I want us to completely rest. My weekends are spent cleaning, cooking, running errands and dropping my sons to all his activities. Now I feel bad to stop these and only send him to his swimming lessons but feel that is as much as I can commit to atm. What are your views? How many activities do your kids have and any suggestions on how I can orgaanise my time on the weekend?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If he likes them I think you should try and stick with it. Could any be done at after school clubs? We do some on weekday evenings too-it’s a real bind.
