Ravenous hunger in 5 year old

I have a sobbing daughter who is wants a biscuit despite since school having dinner at after school club, a full dinner and pudding. She seems absolutely starving yet is skinny as anything. Saying she’s hungry despite all this and can’t sleep. Anyone had a similar issue?

Mine is 6yo and seems impossible to fill up! His appetite increased hugely when he turned 5, having previously had a sparrows appetite since weaning, so I'm enjoying it tbh. He has cooked school dinner but I'm not convinced the portion sizes are that big and he always packs away a cooked meal in the evening. Just keep offering fairly balanced food and make sure they drink enough too imo. I do sometimes offer fruit only and if he doesn't want that there's nothing else. Ds is also skinny as a rake.
