...That she was scared that she will be in "serious trouble from Mummy" for getting dirty at school. Don't get me wrong she has slight reminders to try not to get massively sludged up or ruin her shoes (new pair a fortnight!) as usual but wow! Her teacher pulled DH aside to ask and I'm mortified 😶 Does everyone's DC do this to them?! She'll be the death of me 😂

My MIL who died 2 years ago aged 89, was still cringing towards the end of her life at the memory of how she had gone storming into dh's infant school after he had told her they were taught wrestling or boxing (can't remember which). They weren't, he just wanted school life to be a bit more exciting than the three R's.

My little brother did similar...told some kids in his class that he used to street fight on top of the local Tescos roof for money! He was only about 8 or 9 at the time! 😂

My DD 3 told her pre school that sometimes daddy goes away over night to work in his naked bed. This is because once when he was working away he Skyped us from his hotel room and he was sitting in bed with no top on as he'd just had a shower. It was very embarrassing having to explain this!

My DD told her teacher I farted all over her food, deliberately as well! I work in the same school😩, some of the kids in her year gave me a knowing smile for a while. Luckily they are in secondary now.
