My DD is 3 next month and potty trained. She eats loads of fruit and veg although getting water into her is a pain. She's not pooed in 2.5 days (usually once a day) and last night came down with a fever and cold. I've put her on the toilet at her normal time but she's complaining of pain so now refuses.
Is it related to the fever? When should i take her to the gp? Any advice of what to feed her?
