Best playhouse for 2 year old

I'd like to get one for the summer - budget under £60.

Anyone?

We have a Little Tikes one which is excellent. It's had an international move, domestic move, weathered 40 degree summers and 2 British winters...and looks like new 😀

Over the £60 budget new, but it's the kind of thing you can probably pick up on Gumtree. A few friends have Smoby houses which are equally as good. Again, Gumtree seems to be the place to find them.
