Baby being sick still at 7 months

My son is 7 months old and still being sick all the time usually some time after a feed or when he's woken up after a nap. We've started weaning and he's combination BF and formula fed (he doesn't sleep for more than 3 hours at night when just BF!). Weight is not an issue and he's quite happy with no discomfort. Is there much point in taking him to the gp? I assume they prob won't do much as he's putting on weight with no discomfort but it's so frustrating! Thanks

Everyone told me that the sicky thing gets better when weaning starts, but I haven’t seen a great deal of difference until my DS was eating significant amounts and actually replacing milk feeds with food. He still pukes after milk but as he only has 3-4 feeds a day it’s much less than before! (He’s now 10.5 months) If he was happy and the puking wasn’t bothering him and his weight gain good I wasn’t worried....just bloody fed up of everything smelling like sick!

Thank you. I'm exactly the same - not worried as such but so fed up with the mess and constantly mopping up! Think I will just have to put up with it and hope it stops soon.
