M&P Ocarro or Silver Cross Pioneer??

Just that really! Have narrowed it down to two travel systems but can't decide which one! I love the silver cross because the inside of the carry cot is so plush and cosy but can get a better package deal on the ocarro and feel like the pushchair seat is much nicer than the silver cross. Would love opinions of those who have used either of these systems!

I have a Silver Cross. The basket is so much bigger than other so have seen and then rain cover is also great as you can unzip it to flap it down. No others I’ve seen can do this.

I love the Ocarro. It’s very robust, comfy for DD (both carrycot and pushchair seat), easy to steer, easy to collapse, looks good. The only very minor niggle is the back wheels are wider than the front so I keep thinking I can get through a gap but can’t. Literally no bad words to say about it otherwise.

Quite a few people mentioned that Silver Cross had dodgy steering but I can’t remember which model(s) were around when I was looking.

I also love my silver cross. Basket is big and great for shopping. Find the actual pram easy to push & easily folded up/down. Also know it's not really important but I also like the matching pram bag - holds so much more than you would think lol!

I had a Silver Cross Wayfarer which is v. similar to the Pioneer and absolutely loved it. So easy to put up and down and swop carry cot to pushchair etc and lovely colours! Would recommend xx

We have a silver cross and the basket is brill - can get all the shopping in there and it's still v sturdy. Agree with PP on the rain cover too. Ds didn't use the carrycot much as he was too nosy and preferred to be propped up

rain cover is also great as you can unzip it to flap it down

Argh it's so hard to decide! Good to know about the raincover. I get the feeling the ocarro is based on the pioneer so they're very similar. I think I will go with it because the full system deal is better, a few hundred less than the pioneer for the colours I would want

I love my Pioneer. Comfortable, practical, large shopping basket and easy to steer. I need a double now so will be sad to sell it
