12 mo injections - lump in leg 3 weeks later

Hi there,

3 weeks ago my one year old had her 12 month injections, and she had a small red lump for a few days. But we've just noticed a hard lump under the skin at the top of her leg. I am only assuming it's related to the injections, but I wondered if anyone else had experienced this too?

Thanx

All 4 of mine had a hard lump in the same area and it stayed for a very long time.

Thank you. Id not heard of that before, how long did that last for?

Mine had that after the earlier injections, I think it came up about 2-3 weeks later; I took her to the GP who gave antibiotics as a precaution and had me come back a week later. It still hadn’t gone but hadn’t got worried and it went by about 2-3 weeks after I first noticed it.
I would go to the gp to rule out an infection tho
