Anyone know or have tried these? Interested in Tracy Hogg and Jo Frosts philosophies as the little I know seems similar to the approach (though accidental) we used with my last and she was very content & a good snoozer.
Any opinions welcome, not due till March the 7th & understand newborns need demand feeding & need lots of sleep. More for when the babies a month old or so. All working out I plan on breastfeeding again
