And I know he is in bed and we have a "discussion" about how scalped he is. And DH instead of saying you are right it is very short, keeps saying stop over-reacting it will grow back. THEN I reserve the right to use the F word.

I did not plan on being heard.

Even worse, my friend dropped her DD around so they could play this morning. She (the Mum) complimented him on his hair cut. He replied, Mummy doesn't like it, she told Daddy when she thought I was asleep that it was too F%%%ing short.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh the shame.

I have sworn in front of Ds once when he was 2.5yrs, I was driving and someone cut me up and I blurted out you F%%%ing tosser...of course DS repeated it for about 30mins. Then when DH got him he walked up to him and repeated it again..lol

my mum always tell the story of my sister when she was 2.5 and my nan rang up.

'hello nan'
'hello ds'
'what have you been upto nan?'
'not much'
'what have you been doing ds'
'oh bugger all really!!'

Not my child thankfully but one of my keyworker children at pre-school. We were singing and he didn't want to join in so he got up and walked to the window seat mumbing "shut the fuck up" over and over in an Irish accent. Little boy is taken to pre-school but Irish Grandad who seems such a lovely old guy Myself and colleague were desperately trying not to acknowledge the words as the other children were singing away.

hunkermunker · 03/05/2007 15:01

The thing that really upsets me about this is that DS's hair's too short, LGJ

Swearing, schmearing. Or something

climbingwalls · 03/05/2007 15:13

When DS was about 2.5 my sister was babysitting, he insisted she get in the bath with him, so she reluctantly did and as she lowered herself in he exclaimed "what big boobs you have aunty X!!"

She was still blushing when I came home a few hours later!

SherlockLGJ · 03/05/2007 16:33

Hunker I know.

Well dd has just said 'go away mr. bugger' to dss

hattie2 · 03/05/2007 16:45

At dd's nursery they were talking about what jobs their parents did around the house. DD pipes up "my daddy says he hates putting the fucking rubbish out"

skidaddle · 03/05/2007 17:26

well this isn't even dd but this morning i was on the loo with dd (18 months) hovering around who seemed to be expressing an interest in what i was doing. Thinking ahead to potty training I thought I would encourage this and said, yes mummy's doing a poo, a poo, mummy's doing a poo' only to hear sniggering from outside and realise the window was open and neighbours had heard me - cannot even bear to nod hello to them now

VeniVidiVickiQV · 03/05/2007 18:34

ROFL! THat wouldnt be the first time your DS has dropped you in it LGJ

But and at his hair......

Still, I have a lovely picture of him and his lovely hair with his wife

I overheard DD telling her brother and anyone who would listen to "fuck off" the other week

She also shouts "C'mon MOVE" in the car when i am stuck behind a particularly slow driving car"...cant think where she gets this from???

lovemybed · 03/05/2007 19:17

sorry bit of a late comer, my mum called last night as was talking to dd2 (3) she must have asked "how have you behaved today" cause i heard dd2 reply "i have been a pain in the arse"

lovemybed · 03/05/2007 19:19

following on from the singing one dd2 likes to sing " the farmers in his wife" and to the aqua barbie song she sings "you can brush my hair, im crusty everywhere" supposed to be "you can brush my hair, undress me everywhere"

Cashncarry · 03/05/2007 21:48

am still PMSL at this thread

galaxy · 03/05/2007 21:53

I'm really shocked LGJ. And you from Surrey as well!

Reminds me of when dd was 3 and I was upset because I'd turned up for an appointment for her measles jab, having been stopped for speeding on the way, only to find it had been cancelled.

I was stressed and had PMT and got so enraged I stated to cry. Get in the car and a little voice squeaks up from the back "don't worry mummy. They're just Fucking stupid people". Cringe

SherlockLGJ · 04/05/2007 00:27

One last bump to complete my day of shame.
