If you have a 5 year old and nearly 2 year old what is their bedtime routine like?

Looking for ideas.

6.15 - both upstairs
6.20 - both in the bath
6.30/40 - both out the bath
6.45 - I get 2yo ready for bed, 5yo dresses himself
6.50 - story and cup of milk for 2yo, into bed. 5yo downstairs to choose game / jigsaw.
7.00 - game with 5yo
7.25 - upstairs, story with 5yo

Sounds ages but between 7 and 7.25, after game or whatever, I ususlly potter doing dishes and put a wash on etc

Pretty similar to biscuits:
6pm bath
6:30 little one gets out.
Milk, story bed for the little one
Big one can play in the bath by himself but this reduces the amount of scooby doos he can watch!
7:30 big one goes to bed, story in bed. He’s allowed to ‘read’ in bed with a night light on, he normally turns it off by 8.

However there are normally two of us doing bedtime so we each can focus on one child.
