3 month old suddenly wants holding all the time

DC1 was like this from birth and stayed very clingy, and DC2 was always very relaxed and happy to go down.

DC3 started very relaxed and is now wanting holding constantly if he's awake, have others had just a stage like this or should we be preparing to spend the next 9 months holding him? 🙈

My DC2 was just like this but from 6 weeks. I think you might be in for the long haul
