Water when weaning

Advice please šŸ™‚
Up till now, on the very rare occasion my twins have needed it (e.g. to relieve constipation) I have given cool, boiled water. I’m starting weaning this week and am wondering if i need to continue boiling and cooling water or if it can come straight out the tap?
Thank you!

We moved to tap water once she was crawling. I reckon she got so many bugs off the floor that water wasn't going to be a problem.

HV said they can have it straight out the tap when on the move etc. Def not out the filter jug thing that many families have unless you are really organised and change the filter exactly when you should (I'm not!)

Tap water is ok as a drink from 6 months

PFB got cooled boiled Evian until he was over a year old. #2 was drinking out of the cat's tap water bowl at 6 months.
