No - they don't have any poppers on the inside to fold down, so its only doable if you nippa it smaller.

I've never used a nippa before is it easy?

I use them all the time and find them really easy, PhoenixGirl has never gotten to grips with hers though. Jelley doesn't trust them not to come undone.

I have been using them for 14 months straight on DS, and I used them for about 6-10 months on DD and have had one come undone once... and that was very much a DH error!!!

Big thumbs up for nippas here, especially the new ones- they have small loops on the ends to pull back round the teeth when not in use to save stabbing yourself
Them things blimmin hurt when you stand on them...

thanks FS i think i will give them ago - do i just fold the front of the popper bambineo down and nippa it then? DH is not adjusting to well with washables although he does agree they are the best option for enviroment, baby and his wallet!! just not sure what he will think of nippas

littlekiwi -where can i get the new nippas from?

Yup, just fold down the front and overlap the tabs.
