Hi all :)

I have a 7 month old and im struggling with his feeding schedules everyday i dont know whats best for him.

His schedule looks like this at the moment:

7am - bottle 6oz.
7:45am - breakfast.
9am - nap time 30/45min.
10am - bottle 4oz + snack or youghurt.
12pm - bottle 5/6oz then nap time 2 hours.
2/2:30pm - lunch time.
4pm - cat nap if needed 30min max.
5pm - dinner time.
6:30pm - bath time followed by bottle 6oz.
7pm - bed time.

Is this good or not? Whats your guys thoughts? X

Sounds about what mine did at that age. I used to milk feed on demand and give meals whenever I was eating if they were up for it and awake. If not then I just skipped that meal at that age.

Seems fine. At that age I found it quite tricky balancing milk feeds and solid foods and it seemed like his routine was constantly changing.

At 8 months I got sick of it and cut him down to two milks feeds per day. He immediately started eating more and we never looked back.

This bit of weaning is a pain but it's over quickly. Blink and you miss it!

My only tweak would be to get him to do his long nap after lunch. My 9 month old does this -

Wake up - 6oz bottle
Breakfast
Nap
4 oz bottle
Lunch
6 oz bottle
Nap (long)
4 oz bottle
Dinner
6 oz bottle
Bed
