Changing nappy

My daughter had constipation for 2 weeks and now getting better but since she’s had constipation she screams to the point where she’s gasping ... does anyone know why ? (She’s never bothered before) Thanks in advance

Sorry I didn’t put she screams while I change her nappy ...

Can you distract her with a toy or something musical or flashy to watch while you change her. Hopefully like everything it'll just be a phase. With dd2 I sat her on dd1's potty if I thought she was struggling to get a poo out and it helped. I think the squatting position was good for doing a poo.
