How much total sleep does a 2.6 year old need on average (night + day nap)? What time do/did you put your toddler to bed?

Mine goes to bed at 7 and sleeps for 12 hours. If she is tired she will sleep for around 2 hours in the afternoon, however there are days when she will have no afternoon nap at all.

DS is 2.9 & has about 12ish hours every night. He bfeeds to sleep sometime between 7 & 9pm & wakes between 8 & 9am usually. He hasnt needed a daytime nap since he was about 2, unless he has a few nights of interrupted sleep or we get up ealier than normal (he generally wakes up when my radio alarm clock goes off)

DS (2.10) generally sleeps 12 hrs at night (7-7).

During the day he has on average an hour long nap (but it can vary from 30mins to 2 hrs). He can also get by without a nap once or twice a week.
