How much pocket money in Year 7

Our daughter gets £10 per month plus a phone with plenty of calls, data etc.
As she’s getting more independent- meeting friends to go shopping in the holidays for example - I am wondering if we give her ad hoc extras to cover those things or increase the allowance so she has the budget.

How much do your Year 7s get?
Thanks

Personally, that sounds like quite a lot already. If you are paying for the phone already, are you also buying her clothes? I have a Year7 son and he gets a fraction of this, but hasn't yet reached the stage of wanting to go out with his friends. And he doesn't have a mobile phone either. But I do buy his clothes, games, magazine subscriptions etc. But I will follow this thread with interest as I know that situations change and I will no doubt be thinking about this sooner rather than later!

Mine get 50p per year per week: so Y7 is £5.50/£6/per week. We pay phone (cheap PAYG) but she has to budget for treats/drinks out with mates - and more importantly her extensive book habit ;-) She is also expected to buy presents (close family - birthday & Christmas) from that.
