Is it just me who's upstairs is an absolute pig sty???? I spend all day downstairs with my toddler (stair gate on) and my four month and only really go upstairs at night to go to bed by which point I can't be arsed tidying up any mess! I had piles of clean clothes lying everywhere and don't even ask me when the last time I vacuumed up there was!!! On the two days a week my husband is off work we go out and about as a family and have fun. I users to keep such a tidy house but my priorities aren't cleaning right now! 😂😂😂😂 Anyone else?????

I’m the same! My upstairs is constantly a mess, never gets hoovered or cleaned except for the bathroom. I polished upstairs yesterday ready for the new baby’s arrival and realised I hadn’t done it since we’ve lived here Blush

@Iworrytoomuchh haha! So glad it's not just me! We hadn't long moved house when new baby arrived (two weeks to be precise) and I actually don't think I've ever polished upstairs either 🙈 (it's only been five months altogether so not too bad??) 😂😂😂

My upstairs is clean and tidy I can't stand mess in my bedroom and the bathroom has to be clean and tidy or I won't enjoy a relaxing bath. The kids rooms are pretty tidy as they spend most of their time at school/downstairs however my conservatory looks like there was an explosion!

I wish it was just my upstairs that is a completely state... it's the whole bloody house 😩😩😩😩

My house was spotless till 9 yrs ago. I only know this from photos. Somewhere along the way chaos, shoes, piles and clutter have taken over. I agree though with @Gothroughwhatyougothrough - a messy bathroom is a no. But my bedroom is like a family living room inc a sofa and fire and 60" tv so it's a complete tip. The bed is always clear though - apart from people and dog lounging on the bed!

Only the kitchen and the sitting room gets done daily. Need the incentive of the cleaner coming to pick up!

Oh yes! Bathroom and kitchen are usually always clean! as are hall and living room which are downstairs but upstairs bedrooms are so messy! My toddlers to isn't bad just a few odd Xmas presents and clean clothes sitting on his drawers to be tidied away but out bedroom is actually a pig sty! And the spare room (new baby's room when he turns 6m) is a dumping ground for boxes and junk. When we moved in 5m ago the house was newly decorated and lovely and clean and tidy..,, have no idea where all his junk has even come from! Both clearer hoarders! (And lazy arses! Though once newest baby is bigger and gives us more time to ourselves I'm promising to be better! 😉
