Nappy liners for 4.5 poo accidents?

Has anyone tried this my ds has occasional poo 'leaks', talking to various experts but they suggested ths as a solution to throwing out a pair or 2 of pants a day and also she can sort herself out when she goes to school in Sept. Any thoughts and suggestions which to use?

have nevr herd of it and cant imagine how it would work?

also september is still quite a long way away, so he might have grown out of it by then!
