16 week baby bowel movements.

Can I ask what your FF babies nappy is like? I have brought up many times with HV regarding this and couple visits to doctors.

Baby was passing a lot of blood around 5-7 weeks with each bowel movement, some worse than others. Doctor said it wasn't a fissure but could be pressure.

That thankfully passed but baby produces green/yellow nappies and they are always like diarrhoea and have an odd smell like raw mince or melted butter, I've mentioned several time to HV but she said it's normal.

I have never smelled this or had constant runny nappies with my other two?

What milk are they on? Prebiotics in formula can cause runnier poo

SMA, I have used SMA with them all. Wasn't too sure if I should change milk? Apart from the toilet issue everything else is fine?

SMA didn't used to contain them and was more known for causing constipation when mine were babies. Think they all have them now to make them 'closer to breastmilk '.

Sma made my middle dd constipated. HV said it couldn't be milk issue as baby has no rash or crying etc.

I'll make appointment with doctor again, thankfully he isn't to bothered but I'm a bit worried with long term runniness.
