The ants are coming in so I need to get rid of them. I've tried cleaning and covering and sealing everything I can see but so far no luck. Any other ideas?

Put a jar of jam outside near where they are coming in- seems weird but it definately works - leave the lid off and they will no longer have any need to come indoors to search for food.

Works with honey too apparently.

Good luck - go get that jam girl!!

ant stoppa tape, think you can get it from lakeland

Cigarette butts.
Leave them to soak in warm water, mix with sugar, leave for them to find.
Honey/jam helps attract them.

We used these at playgroup ant stop
You can get them at supermarkets too, pop them down under a cupboard or behind something so the baby can't get to them! although i think they're quite safe even if a child does pick them up.

But if they are having their cake and eating it outside they have no reason to come inside and so you don't have to deal with them in your house.

We out a jar outside near the drain where they usually congregate and let them have a sugar fest. We also get to watch DS 2.5 watching thre ants intently and talkingt ot hem as you would a dog - a great afternoons entertainment - especially when he was regaling them with potman pat potman pat potman pat n is bla wha cat - on Sunday.

Just a suggestion.
