Hello. Nine month old vomited a huge amount of breast milk, twice in succession, about an hour ago. Seems fine in himself now, no temperature and first dirty nappy is a solid consistant with weaning baby. Should we cancel our baby group activity at 11.30? I don't want to infect anyone, but I also don't want to be precious. Last time the vomitting happened like this, thr whole household went down with D&V (although the nappy was green in that case).
