Hi all my first post on here

Iv just bought the Cuggl hawthorn which is a beautiful pushchair

Iv gone to put my little boy in it who’s 20 months and the waist straps are way to tight around his waist :(

They come from behind his back and are sown is so they can’t be extended any more than they have

Any idea on what to do as I love pushchair and don’t really want to have to exchange it

Could you buy some reins and use them instead of the harness? My pushchair has rings to connect a different harness although I’ve never bothered trying it out since the straps that come with it are fine.

Yeah it has but just annoyed to spend £80 on a pushchair that should be up to 36 months and it’s way to tight across his waist :(

Can't you take it back to the shop?
If it's meant to fit up to 36 months and it doesn't, then that should be a good enough reason for them to give you a refund
