I’m horrified to discover in the fold of skin on my little girls neck it’s red raw and actually smells really bad! She has a bath every night and I make sure I clean it but she’s always hated being touched on her neck! I’m out so have cleaned with a baby wipe and put bepanthen on it (only semi suitable thing I have on me). Any ideas on what I should actually put on it? Do you think this happened cos I haven’t dried it properly or something else? She does have reflux so I wonder if some spit up has got stuck there. Poor baby!
