What is your baby routine at 6-7m?

What time do they get up/go to bed/nap etc.

When do they feed, how often, how much? What do they eat/drink?

When DD was 6-7 months she still catnapped, sleeping 45mins to an hour every 1.5 hours. Lots of babies had grown out of it by then, but DD took her time. She only settled for two naps a day at about 10 months.

Her bedtime routine was: bath, teeth, bottle, bed (starting 6:45, in bed 7:30). She largely slept through (she doesn't anymore and now we brush her teeth just before bed as she has several of them).

She still had five (180ml) bottles a day at that age and bits and bobs of food (a mixture of purees and finger food). She only really took to food at 8 or 9 months, at which point we went down to three bottles a day (morning, mid afternoon and before bed). Now at 15 months she still has two smaller bottles (150ml) before nursery and before bed.
